Ad Campaigns: Develop and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, or Instagram.

Focus on creating high-quality videos, such as tour highlights or promotional content, to boost engagement.

Handles all of the following:
Affiliate Program Coordinator: Manage influencer collaborations and affiliate relationships.
Business Development Intern: Seek partnerships with local businesses, hotels, or tourism boards.
Internship oUTLINE:
Weekly Structure:
Each week, you'll receive a one-page challenge sheet outlining a specific project or task related to your role. These challenges are tailored to the internship area youβve chosen (Content Creation, Marketing, PR, etc.) and designed to help you apply the skills you're developing.
Weekly Challenges:
Youβll have the flexibility to work on your own schedule, managing your time and completing the task at your own pace within the week.
Each challenge will serve as your weekly project, and your performance will be assessed based on the quality of the final results.
Submit your completed work at the end of the week, and receive feedback on your performance.
What Youβll Learn:
Hands-on Experience: Gain practical knowledge by working on real-world projects in the tourism and marketing industries.
Autonomy & Accountability: Manage your own time and responsibilities, receiving clear feedback on your progress.
Program Duration:
The program lasts for 1 month, with the option to extend to 3 or 6 months based on performance and availability.
Work Hours:
Interns are expected to commit 15 hours per week. Hours are flexible, allowing you to manage your time around other commitments.
Flexibility:
As the internship is remote, start and end dates can be adjusted to accommodate different schedules.
Remote Nature:
Weβll be using Trello to assign tasks, track progress, and communicate throughout the internship.
Compensation:
This is an unpaid internship. However, successful completion will earn you:
Certificate of Completion
Letter of Recommendation (for outstanding performance)
Selection Process:
